Habari, Jambo, Mambo, Hey… my names Martha, thats how we say hello in Kenya – the beautiful country that I was  born and lived for most of my life until coming to England many years ago. 

I’ve been working in the care industry for many years, and spent some time working with James@Buddies before joining the team. 

I’m a very kind, very loyal and very hardworking individual, with a genuine heart and sense of compassion and empathy toward the people I support. 

It means everything to me to see the people in our care thrive and to do well. 

My country has a culture of looking after those in need, and when I came to the UK it was a natural move into the home-care industry. 

I enjoy long walks on the beach or in nature, reading- and keeping busy in general. I’m also a great cook.

There’s a lot more to say, and to know, maybe one day we will meet and get to know one another a little more. ♥
