Buddies Community Care provides personalised support for adults aged 18+ living in their own homes. Led by an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse, our approach combines professional expertise with something equally important: meaningful human relationships.

Currently undergoing CQC registration for the regulated activity of Personal Care.

Who We Support

We support adults aged 18+ who require assistance with personal care and daily living, including:

  • Older adults
  • Adults living with physical disabilities
  • Adults with neurological conditions, including dementia
  • Adults with neurodivergent presentations, including Autism and PDA
  • Adults requiring structured, risk-aware support within existing care frameworks

 

We also work collaboratively with statutory services where individuals are subject to arrangements such as DoLS, LPS, or Section 117 aftercare.

Regulated Service Information

Buddies Community Care Limited provides the regulated activity of Personal Care. (Currently Undergoing Registration)

Services are delivered in individuals’ own homes. No care is provided at the administrative base.

The service operates from West London. In limited circumstances, support may also be delivered outside the primary area where safe governance and management oversight can be maintained.

We operate in accordance with:

  • The Health and Social Care Act 2008
  • The CQC Fundamental Standards
  • The Care Act 2014
