Buna Zia! Nice to meet you, my names Anica. I’m from Romania, I have a wonderful family- both a son, who lives in Florida and daughter and we live by the sea. I love the cooler weather and in particular Autumn.

I have worked in the healthcare and supported living industry for over 10 years, I have loved every minute and have worked with a variety of people. I came to join buddies after working with James for a while and following on from that experience we realised we shared some common qualities in terms of our approach to care – commitment, compassion and dedication to the people we support.

In terms of my attitude, I always think professionalism and reliability feature very highly on my skillset. I’m always on time and where I’m supposed to be, with a smile and ready to help. (and usually with a chocolate or a treat) I’m very generous of heart, and believe in starting off an interaction on a positive note. 

In Romania we say “ine spune mult face puțin” which means less words and more action, which is a good way to sum me up.
